The long and frustrating search for a dynamic, monoline script drew our attention to the lack of such a typeface. This prompted us to create our very own, Terital, named after the 1960s Italian overcoat advertisement that was the original reference point for its 2003 creation. Fearing that users would create all-caps script setting, we cheekily designed Terital as a lowercase set only. Employing Opentype coding, this limitation was revised in the 2011 version. Not only were capitals designed but also a matching set of fetching swash capitals were added. To mark this much greater typographic capacity the font was renamed Terital United.
