Frank Baranowski, born 1960, studied Graphic Design at the “Hochschule fuer Bildende Kuenste” in Braunschweig, Germany.
Since then, he has been designing typefaces and also typographic artwork, which was exhibited 2004 for the first time.
His fonts are released under the labels Transkrypt and Fontschmiede.
He runs his own design office in Neuenkirchen, near Soltau, Germany.
